Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Select your preferred desktop organizer, add it to your cart, and complete your order by filling in your shipping information during checkout.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and more.
Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet shipped, please contact purchasing@zendeskorg.com as soon as possible and we will assist you in modifying or canceling it.
🚚 Shipping & Logistics
Q4: How long does shipping take?

Within the Netherlands: 3 business days
Restaurants in the EU: 7 business days
International orders: 15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Q5: Which couriers do you use?
A: Within the Netherlands, we mainly use PostNL, DHL Parcel NL, and DPD. International orders are handled by DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx.
Q6: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! We’ll email you a tracking number after shipment, so you can check the status of your package at any time.
🔄 Return and Exchange Policy
Q7: Can I return an item?
A: Yes. You have 14 days to return the item without any questions. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Q8: Who pays for return shipping?

Returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment → We cover shipping costs.
Returns due to personal reasons → Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Q9: How long does a refund take?
A: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the money to your original payment account within 14 days.

A: Our products are primarily made of environmentally friendly wood, metal, durable plastic, and wood, and meet EU safety standards.
Q11: Do you offer customization?
A: We currently do not offer customization, but we are continually releasing new products in various designs and sizes.
Q12: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all products come with a statutory warranty. If you have any quality issues, please contact us immediately.
