1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

We will provide you with return instructions after receiving notification.
2. Return Requirements
The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
The accompanying accessories, manual, and invoice must also be returned.
If the product shows signs of use, is damaged, or has missing packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a depreciation fee.
3. Ineligible Returns
The following are ineligible for returns:
Products that are visibly used, damaged, or are missing parts.
Return requests made after 14 days.
4. Exchange Policy
If the product has quality defects or was sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement.
If the exchange is for personal reasons, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipping costs for the new order will be charged separately.
5. Refund Information
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).
If the order is eligible for free shipping and the return does not meet the free shipping conditions, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For product defects or wrong item delivery: Shipping costs are borne by our company.
For personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, wrong purchase): Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
