TRANSPORT AGREEMENT

These Shipping Terms and Conditions describe www.zendeskorg.com's (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shipping, delivery, and import/export policies within the Netherlands and internationally.

1. Shipping Areas
Delivery within the Netherlands: We offer nationwide delivery or pickup points.
Delivery within the EU: We ship to most EU member states. Costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
International Shipping (Non-EU): International customers are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. Customs duties and taxes may apply (recipient’s responsibility).

2. Import and Export Standards
All goods comply with the EU CE mark and applicable Dutch product safety standards.
For export, we provide the necessary customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.).
For imports to non-EU countries, customers are responsible for verifying and paying any customs duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees.

3. Shipping Time
Within the Netherlands: Delivery within 3 business days.
Other EU countries: 7 business days.
International Shipping (Non-EU): Delivery within 15 business days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics conditions. Note: Holidays and force majeure (such as weather or strikes) may cause delays, and our company assumes no responsibility for such delays.

4. Logistics Partners
To ensure safe and efficient shipping, we partner with the following logistics providers:
Netherlands: PostNL, DHL Parcel NL, DPD NL
Europe: DHL Express, GLS, UPS
International: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS
Users will receive a tracking number after order confirmation to track the status of their package.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and volume.
Orders within the Netherlands enjoy free shipping.
International shipping costs vary significantly by region; the specific cost will be displayed at checkout.

6. Risk and Liability
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, the shipping risk becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
In the event of loss, delay, or damage, please contact our customer service immediately. We will assist you in resolving a claim with the logistics company.
